随着幼儿园教育改革的不断深入,教育观念的不断更新,教育行为的不断改善,尊重幼儿、热爱幼儿的观念在教育实践中有了一定的落实,积极的师生关系正在形成。《纲要》也中特别提出:“建立良好的师生、同伴关系,让幼儿在集体生活中感到温暖,心情愉快,形成安全感、信任感;创造一个自由、宽松的语言交往环境,支持、鼓励、吸引幼儿与教师、同伴或其他人交谈,使他们想说、敢说、喜欢说、有机会说并能得到积极应答的环境,增强其自尊心、自信心;关注幼儿在活动中的表现与反应,敏感地察觉他们的需要,及时以适当的方式应答,形成合作探究式的师幼互动。”
