在很多人的印象中,用水果榨汁涂抹皮肤,比添加了化学成分的护肤品要天然安全,这些水果中的维生素、果胶等可以让皮肤直接享受“营养大餐”。但如果水果没选对,这种方法反而会让皮肤受伤。有些水果,如柠檬、西红柿、草莓,酸性很强,会对皮肤起“漂白”作用,榨汁后涂抹在脸上反而使皮肤粗糙。其实,用丝瓜榨汁做护肤品是个不错的选择。因丝瓜汁含有丰富的营养成分,如防止皮肤老化的维生素B_1,增白皮肤的维生素C等,能保护皮肤,使皮肤洁白细嫩。
