通过DSC、XRD分析和镀层性能测试,研究了化学沉积Ni-W-P非晶态合金的晶化过程。结果表明,钨的共沉积提高了化学镀镍层的热稳定性。晶化过程激活能为133.576kJ/mol,晶化过程合金结构按非晶态—混晶态—结晶态的顺序演变。随着结构的变化,镀层的硬度和耐蚀性也发生了相应的变化。
The crystallization process of electroless Ni-W-P amorphous alloy was studied by DSC, XRD and coating property test. The results show that co-deposition of tungsten improves the thermal stability of electroless nickel plating. The activation energy of the crystallization process is 133.576kJ / mol. The structure of the alloy during the crystallization process changes from amorphous to mixed crystalline to crystalline. As the structure changes, the hardness and corrosion resistance of the coating also change accordingly.
