电力工业部新闻发言人姜绍俊1993年12月4日在北京向新闻界介绍了中国电力工业发展的总体目标,到本世纪末,我国发电装机将达3.1亿KW。 姜绍俊说,我们的设想,在1995年至1997年间,年均新增大中型发电机组1500万KW以上,1998年至2000年间,年均增发电机组2000万Kw以上,这样,到本世纪末,在国民生产总值按8—9％的速度增长,全社会单位产值电耗降低8—9％的前提下,可以在全国范围内基本缓解缺电局面,消来无电县,农户通电率由现在的87％提高到95％以上。
