随着卫生改革的不断深化,卫生防疫体制的改革也势在必行。根据国务院批准卫生部下发的《关于卫生监督体制改革的意见》的精神和卫生部党组提出的“转变观念,转变职能,转变形象”的要求,各地开始了对卫生防疫体制的改革,有的地区已建立“疾病预防控制中心”并取得了一些成功经验。在这里就“疾病预防控制中心”的定位及新形势下疾病预防控制的思路作以简要分析。1“疾病预防控制中心”中”疾病”的概念
