本研究首次采用了以ZT-2载体固体酸为催化剂的多相催化工艺合成了松香甘油酯。研究了催化剂的制备、用量、反应活性、使用寿命等。并对酯化反应的原料配比、反应温度、反应时间、保护气体种类进行了充分研究。确定最佳工艺条件:反应物料摩尔比为1:1,ZT-2载体固体酸催化剂用量为0.06%(以松香计)。反应时间2.5h、反应温度260℃.保护气CO。实验表明:该工艺与利用质子酸或Lewis酸(ZnO)均相催化酯化传统工艺相比,反应时间缩短了3.5h、反应温度降低20℃、实现了催化剂与产品的分离和再利用、且具有不腐蚀设备等优越性。产品质量(如软化点和酸值)也得到相应的提高。
This study for the first time using ZT-2 carrier solid acid catalyst heterogeneous catalytic synthesis of rosin glycerides. Product quality (such as softening point and acid value) have also been correspondingly improved.
