目的对应用人性化护理服务模式对患有青光眼疾病的患者在治疗期间实施护理的临床效果进行研究。方法选择在我院就诊的患有青光眼疾病的患者310例,随机分为对照组和观察组,平均每组155例。采用常规眼科护理模式对对照组患者实施护理;采用人性化护理服务模式对观察组患者实施护理。结果观察组患者视力水平恢复时间和青光眼疾病治疗计划实施时间明显短于对照组;眼科治疗期间不良反应人数明显少于对照组;对青光眼疾病治疗期间的护理服务满意度明显高于对照组。结论应用人性化护理服务模式对患有青光眼疾病的患者在治疗期间实施护理的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To study the clinical effect of nursing care during the treatment of patients suffering from glaucoma using humanized nursing service mode. Methods A total of 310 patients with glaucoma who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with an average of 155 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine ophthalmic nursing and the patients in the observation group were treated with humanized nursing service. Results The recovery time of visual acuity and treatment program of glaucoma in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group. The number of adverse reactions in ophthalmic treatment group was significantly less than that in control group. The satisfaction rate of nursing service during glaucoma treatment was significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusions The clinical effect of applying humanized nursing service model to patients suffering from glaucoma during the treatment is obvious.
