随着市场经济体制的改革,很多企业为了适应发展的浪潮而进行企业转型,进行劳动、人事分配制度改革,纷纷从国家的怀抱投入到激烈的竞争当中,形成了个体私营等自主经营、自我发展的市场竞争主体。在企业自主管理和经营的情况下,工会就显得尤为重要。工会是工人阶级的群众组织,其根本任务就是要维护工人利益。企业工会是全国总工会的基层组织,代表并维护企业工会会员和职工的合法权益。但是在新时期,工会的地位并不高,工会的作用很难正常的发挥出来。这就要求企业具有正确的认识观,从而有效发挥企业工会的积极作用。
