缺乏有效的实施机制是我国宪法在实施工程中的最为主要的问题,在实施的主体、程序以及方式上存在着一定的问题,使得宪法诉讼不能再短期内实行。行政法与宪法一样都能够对政府的权利进行规范进而对公民的权利进行保护,所以可以利用行政法来对宪法实施的难度进行改善,找出宪法实施的行政法路径。
The lack of an effective implementation mechanism is the most important issue in the implementation of the Chinese constitution, and there are some problems in the implementation of the main body, procedures and methods, so that constitutional litigation can no longer be implemented in a short period of time. Like the constitution, administrative law can regulate the rights of the government and protect the rights of the citizens. Therefore, the administrative law can be used to improve the difficulty of implementing the constitution and to find out the administrative law path of constitutional implementation.
