以高性能受电弓滑板为应用前景 ,研究了短炭纤维对铜 -石墨复合材料冲击性能的影响 .用粉末冶金法制备了短炭纤维增强铜 -石墨复合材料 ,分析了短炭纤维的含量、分布和取向对复合材料冲击值的影响 .结果表明 ,在纤维体积分数从 1 .5 %增大到 1 1 .5 %时 ,复合材料冲击值先增大后逐渐减小 ;纤维的分布和取向对复合材料的冲击值也有较大影响 .试验证明 ,短炭纤维对于提高铜 -石墨复合材料的冲击值非常有效 ,短炭纤维增强铜 -石黑复合材料可用于制造高性能受电弓滑板
