柔韧素质作为五大身体素质之一,也是反映儿童少年体质健康的重要指标。训练中如何发展儿童少年的柔韧素质是提高儿童少年体质健康的关键点。鉴于此,本文阐述了柔韧素质的定义,提出了发展柔韧素质的方法及训练过程中注意的事项,为发展儿童少年柔韧素质提供可借鉴性的参考,旨在抛砖引玉,对发展儿童少年身体柔韧素质进行探究,提高我国儿童柔韧练习的效果。
