目的探讨基层官兵自我和谐、自我效能和状态焦虑之间的关系。方法采用自行设计一般项目调查表、状态-特质焦虑量问卷(state-trait anxiety questionnaire,STAI)、自我和谐量表(self consistency and congruence scale,SCCS)和一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)对162名基层官兵进行调查。结果自我效能与状态焦虑、特质焦虑、自我经验不和谐均呈负相关(r=-0.365,-0.392,-0.223,P均<0.01);与自我灵活性呈正相关(r=0.159,P<0.01);自我经验不和谐、自我刻板性和状态焦虑均呈正相关(r=0.478,0.163,P<0.01或0.05),它们和特质焦虑正相关(r=0.475,0.223,P均<0.01);两种焦虑和自我灵活性均呈负相关(r=-0.216,-0.218,P均<0.01)。自我效能在自我经验不和谐、自我灵活性、自我刻板性方面与状态焦虑之间均具有部分中介效应。结论基层官兵的焦虑对自我和谐的影响部分是通过自我效能的中介作用来实现的。
Objective To explore the relationship between grass-roots officers and soldiers self-consistency, self-efficacy and state anxiety. Methods The self-designed general item questionnaire, the state-trait anxiety questionnaire (STAI), the self consistency and congruence scale (SCCS) and the general self-efficacy scale scale, GSES) surveyed 162 grassroots officers and men. Results There was a negative correlation between self-efficacy and state anxiety, trait anxiety, and self-experience discordance (r = -0.365, -0.392, -0.223, P <0.01) ). There was a positive correlation between self-experience discordance, self-stereotyping and state anxiety (r = 0.478, 0.163, P <0.01 or 0.05) There was a negative correlation between anxiety and self-flexibility (r = -0.216, -0.218, P <0.01). Self-efficacy has partial mediating effects between self-experience disharmony, self-flexibility, self-stereotyping and state anxiety. Conclusion The influence of grass-roots officers and men’s anxiety on self-harmony is partly achieved through the intermediary role of self-efficacy.
