随着我国城市化水平的不但提高,以及社会经济快速发展,我国政府越来越重视工程施工质量的监督与管理工作,房屋建筑与市政基础设施建设中的重要组成部分就是政府工程施工质量监督与管理,它不仅关系到人们的日常生活,同时也可以体现出一个城市的面貌,可以集中反映城市管理水平。尽管我国近几年来政府大力发展居民住房及基础工程建设,但是在施工过程中还存在诸多问题对建设项目质量的造成影响。本文针对我国政府对工程施工质量监管与控制工作为切入点进行分析,希望可以总结出一些可以加强此方面的有效措施来供读者参考。
With the improvement of urbanization level in our country and the rapid development of social economy, the government of our country has paid more and more attention to the supervision and management of construction quality. The important part in the construction of housing and municipal infrastructure is the supervision of construction quality of government projects and Management, it not only relates to people’s daily life, but also can reflect the appearance of a city, you can focus on reflecting the level of city management. Although in recent years our government has vigorously developed residential buildings and basic construction projects, there are still many problems in the construction process that have an impact on the quality of construction projects.
