渝府发[2015]62号各区县(自治县)人民政府,市政府各部门,有关单位:为规范网络交易行为,保护消费者和经营者的合法权益,维护网络交易秩序,促进网络经济持续健康发展,根据《国务院关于印发社会信用体系建设规划纲要(2014-2020年)的通知》(国发[2014]21号)、《国务院关于大力发展电子商务加快培育经济新动力的意见》(国发[2015]24号)和《网络交易管理办法》(工商总局令第60号)精神,现就推进网络交易市场诚信建设提出如下意见。
Yufu Fa [2015] No.62 People’s governments, municipal departments and units in all districts and counties (autonomous counties): In order to regulate the online transaction behavior, protect the lawful rights and interests of consumers and operators, maintain the order of online transactions and promote the sustained healthy network economy (Guo Fa [2014] No. 21), the “Opinions of the State Council on Vigorously Developing E-commerce and Accelerating the Cultivation of Economic Power” (the guidelines issued by the State Council on the issuance of the Outline for the Social Credit System Construction (2014-2020) [2015] No. 24) and the Measures for the Management of Internet Transactions (SAIC Decree No. 60), we hereby put forward the following opinions on the promotion of honesty and credit in the online trading market.
