梅贻琦先生曾说:“所谓大学者,非谓有大楼之谓也,有大师之谓也”。而所谓大师,则不仅在于其水平之高、成就之大,还在于他们崇高的境界和独特的人格魅力。梅先生所说的“大师”不光指那些声名显赫的专家、学者,还有那些卓有建树的“学问家”们,而我们却是教授着学生最基础知识的“小学之小”。我是一个有着32年教龄的教师。32年里,除了有一年初中教学经历,其余时间都奉献给了小学教育。我看到许许多多的前辈从英姿勃发到两鬓苍苍;从雄心壮志在肩头的愣头青到“德高望重”的“老教师”;也很欣慰地看到更多的后来者正沿着教师专业发展的方向一路前行,快乐成长。
