网络短视频和电视短消息同属短视频,两者有异有同,而不同之处更加明显。电视短消息的解说词较多,现场同期声较少,而网络短视频的解说词较少,现场同期声较多。电视短消息的画面编辑较多,而网络短视频的画面编辑较少。电视短消息的字幕和包装比较规范,而网络短视频的字幕和包装或有或无,甚至五花八门。电视短消息和网络短视频因为存在专业性和业余性的不同,以及平台和受众不同,使得两者在制作理念和呈现方式上有很多不同。
