对胎龄2.5~3个月的20只绵羊胎仔制作小肠闭锁模型(正式实验14只),同时对其中的5只实验胎仔实施宫内再通手术。模型成功率10/14,再通手术成功4只。对小肠闭锁模型中形成的粗大段的病理改变进行了讨论。
Intestinal atresia models were made on 20 sheep fetuses 2.5 to 3 months old (14 in the formal experiment), and 5 of them were intrauterine reperfusion. The success rate of the model was 10/14, and then four successful surgeries. The pathological changes of the large segment formed in the model of small bowel atresia were discussed.
