电控EGR阀能够更精确地控制EGR率,有效降低尾气中N0x(氮氧化物)的含量,但由于电控EGR阀要求的边界使用条件较为严格,也更容易出现问题。由于EGR阀对发动机的性能以及寿命有很大影响,因此发动机在开发过程中需要对EGR阀做可靠性验证试验。本文主要是以一种国四柴油机在试验过程中发生的结焦卡滞问题为案例,通过试验分析探讨EGR阀结焦问题的解决办法。
Electrically controlled EGR valves control the EGR rate more accurately and effectively reduce the NO x (NO x) content in the exhaust gas, but are more problematic due to the stricter boundary conditions required by the electrically controlled EGR valve. Because the EGR valve has a great influence on the performance and life of the engine, the engine needs to be tested for the reliability of the EGR valve in the development process. In this paper, a case of coking jamming occurred in the test of a four-country diesel engine is taken as an example. The solution to the coking problem of EGR valve is discussed through experimental analysis.
