在宝岛台湾,只有官方方能制酒,但是私酿的家传美酒仍在民间广为流传。 糯米酒 台湾高山族同胞常用米、黍类酿酒。如糯米酒,以纯米加白砂糖浸泡发酵而成,香醇微酸,不呛鼻,喝起来特别顺喉,但后劲很强。 芦荟酒 其制法是:将30g鲜芦荟叶切成薄片,再用600毫升的白酒(米酒或高梁酒亦可)浸泡3天~5天即可。亦可将芦荟2g、苹果一个共同榨汁,略加砂糖调和饮用(适用于不会饮酒者)。
