顺丁橡胶车间生产工艺中,凝聚采用水析法双釜凝聚,这种凝聚方式凝聚釜顶部要排出大量含油蒸汽,这部分含油蒸汽再由水冷凝器冷凝下来,气相潜热经计算数量相当可观,如果利用于生产中,可大大降低顺丁橡胶的能耗。现设想将其作为脱水进料预热的热源,利用了一部分釜顶气相潜热,取得了一定的经济效益。
