一、两岸实现定期航班,通航、通邮进一步扩大空中直航方面,在2008年两岸签署包机会谈纪要、空运协议,实现周末包机和常态包机的基础上,2009年4月,两岸又签署空运补充协议,一年间,两岸航班安排有序、业务运营顺利,为两岸民众往来提供了便捷服务,促进了两岸空运业和贸易往来的发展,得到两岸同胞的高度肯定。
