轮南原油站主要负责计量接收塔里木油田来油和外输,是西部管道公司原油买断的重要入口,作为轮库输油管线的首站,生产的安全平稳运行直接关系到公司的整体利益。轮南原油站现运行的输油泵机组是1995年引进并投入使用的美国拜伦-杰克逊公司生产的5台MSN 6×6×11H输油泵和与之相配套的5台SC-7 6×8×18M给油泵,因为不能满足生产要求,于1999年把B410#和B412#输油泵由8级改为4级,同年10月把B413#、B414#输油泵由8级改为6级,但由于泵轴存在问题,B412#泵于2005年又改造为6级,一直处于备用状态,B411#泵保持原始状态级数为8级。由于无法正常使用,B411#泵和B412#泵已分别于2010年4月和5月被拆卸返厂维修。根据输量要求,轮南站一般采用单双泵交替运行的方式(单泵运行B410,双泵运行B413、B414),而现在B410和B413、B414分别运行时,都没有备用泵可用,一旦出现故障,则会严重影响正常的生产运行,所以加强泵的维护保养和做好故障分析与预防则显得至关重要。

The B411 # pump and the B412 # pump have been disassembled for repairs in April and May 2010, respectively, due to inoperability. According to the output requirements, Lunnan Railway Station usually adopts the method of alternating single pump and double pump (single pump operation B410, double pump operation B413, B414), and now no backup pump is available when B410, B413 and B414 are operated respectively. Failure, it will seriously affect the normal operation of the production, so to strengthen the pump maintenance and failure analysis and prevention is very important.
