农牧渔业部农垦局于一九八三年十二月十六日至二十一日在北京召开了割胶生产会议。参加会议的有广东、云南、广西、福建橡胶垦区主管割胶生产的处长、部份地区局局长、农场场长、工程师和农艺师,华侨系统的有关同志和华南热作研究院的专家共60人。王光希副局长主持了会议,杨煜副部长到会作了重要讲话。这是由中央部出面召开的第一次割胶专业会。会议认真总结了我国二十多年来割胶生产的经验教训,肯定了成绩,找出了差距,提出了改进措施。大家一致认为会议开得好,对今后割胶工作将会起积极推动作用。 三十年来,广大农垦职工和科技人员贯彻了中央“独立自主,自立更生”方针和各 The Land Reclamation Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fishery held a tapping production conference in Beijing from December 16 to January 21, 1983. The meeting was attended by the director of tapping production in Guangdong, Yunnan, Guangxi and Fujian rubber reclamation areas, some district directors, farm chiefs, engineers and agronomists, relevant comrades of overseas Chinese systems and experts from South China Research Institute of Thermal Science people. Vice Minister Wang Guangxi presided over the meeting. Vice Foreign Minister Yang Yu made an important speech here. This is the first meeting of the tapping professional held by the Central Government. The meeting earnestly summed up the experiences and lessons of tapping production in our country more than two decades, affirmed the achievements, found out the gaps and put forward the improvement measures. All agreed that the meeting opened well and would play a positive role in promoting tapping work in the future.
