一、成果简介及主要解决的教学问题(一)成果简介针对普通本科院校的工科专业,从解决工程教育的瓶颈问题入手,大力拓展和优化其资源建设,为高等教育大众化背景下工程教育的良性推进做了一些行之有效的探索和实践。在人力资源(师资建设)方面,通过开展教学团队建设,资助青年教师进修,选派教师挂职锻炼,聘请企业工程师担任实训课讲师等等,较好地改善了工程教育教学的师资结构,有效地提高了专业教师工程教育能力,通过努力现建有一支浙江省教学团队和一支国
