目的:探讨重性精神疾病管理治疗体制方式及其利异,为患者家属和精神科业务工作者提供医疗指导,为防治政策的制定提供参考.方法:对2009年至2011年以来管理治疗的重性精神疾病管理方式进行分析探讨.结果:县乡(镇)村三级防疫网配合精神疾病专科医生圆满完成项目的各项任务指标,使寻甸县的精神疾病防治管理水平有了较大的提高,基本达到全国试点县市的标准.结论:精神疾病防治工作必须建立和完善各级各部门的职责和任务,各司其职,密切配合,齐抓共管,对今后精神疾病防治工作提出了一些建议和措施.
