目的:分析彩色多普勒超声对2型糖尿病下肢血管病变患的临床检查和诊断价值。方法:选取河南大学第一附属医院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的186例2型糖尿病患者将其作为观察组,另选取186例体检者作为对照组,分别在相同情况下对两组患者进行相同的彩色多普勒超声检查,检查患者的下肢血管情况,总结2型糖尿病患者的下肢血管病变情况,并分析彩色多普勒超声对2型糖尿病下肢血管病变患者的临床诊断价值。结果:观察组病变发生率93.55%,对照组病变发生率为37.63%,观察组斑块病变发生率46.77%,狭窄发生率51.61%,闭塞发生率30.11%,对照组斑块病变发生率13.44%,狭窄发生率24.73%,闭塞发生率1.61%,不同血管出现斑块、狭窄、闭塞病变差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病下肢血管病变患者的发病率高,对患者生活质量甚至是肢体健全有巨大威胁,临床采用彩色多普勒超声能够有效观察到2型糖尿病下肢血管病变患者的病情情况,对2型糖尿病下肢血管病变患者的临床治疗起到指导作用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical value and diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of lower extremity vascular disease in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: A total of 186 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group and 186 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The patients in the two groups Patients underwent the same color Doppler ultrasound examination of the lower extremity blood vessels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, vascular lower extremity lesions, and analysis of color Doppler ultrasound in patients with type 2 diabetes lower extremity vascular disease clinical diagnostic value. Results: The incidence of lesions in the observation group was 93.55%, the incidence of lesions in the control group was 37.63%, the incidence of plaque lesions in the observation group was 46.77%, the incidence of stenosis was 51.61%, the occlusion rate was 30.11% and the incidence of plaque lesions in the control group was 13.44% , The incidence of stenosis was 24.73% and the occlusion rate was 1.61%. There were significant differences in the appearance of plaque, stenosis and occlusion in different blood vessels, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of type 2 diabetes patients with lower extremity vascular disease is high, which poses a great threat to patients’ quality of life and even physical health. The clinical application of color Doppler ultrasound can effectively observe the condition of lower extremity vascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes. Type diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular disease play a guiding role in the clinical treatment.
