在分析研究了目前国外先进的柴油机性能分析系统特点的基础上,结合我国柴油机性能检验的实际情况,设计了一个集参数采集、数据处理、性能分析、程序控制于一体的多功能柴油机性能测试分析系统.该系统采用MCGS组态软件、VB语言和MATLAB软件联合开发,并重点就柴油机测试的数据存储的方式、分析处理的方法、性能评估的策略、多功能曲线的绘制等关键技术进行了研究.该系统性能 价格比高,与国外同类产品相比具有明显的竞争力,已成功地应用在大连机车车辆厂的试验台上.
