目的:通过X线头影测量对新型矫治装置口内颌间牵引矫治器治疗生长发育期骨性Ⅲ类错、颌骨改变情况进行综合分析。方法:选择8例均采用口内颌间牵引矫治器进行矫治的生长期骨性Ⅲ类错患者(ANB角均<0°,平均-2.25°)矫治前后的头颅侧位片,进行矫治前后同一位点的定位测量,采用Steiner分析法进行X线头影测量分析。结果:经过平均3个月的矫治,患者反解除,磨牙关系趋向Ⅰ类,ANB角均值为1.19°,平均增加3.44°,患者、颌骨关系及面形均得到矫治。结论:口内颌间牵引矫治器对生长期骨性Ⅲ类错患者、颌骨关系及颌骨生长型的改建有明显的矫治作用。
OBJECTIVE: To make a comprehensive analysis of the changes of skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion and jaw by the new method of X-cephalometry in the treatment of orthodontic appliances. Methods: All 8 patients with growth-stage skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion (all ANB angle <0 °, average -2.25 °) treated with intra-oral maxillary distraction appliance before and after treatment were treated with the same Site positioning measurements, using Steiner analysis of X-cephalometry analysis. Results: After an average of 3 months of orthodontic treatment, the patients were relieved of anti-tibialis, and the relationship between molars tended to type Ⅰ. The average ANB angle was 1.19 °, with an average increase of 3.44 °. The patients’ , jaw relationship and face shape were all corrected. Conclusion: The intra-oral maxillary traction appliance has a significant effect on the correction of maxillary , jaw-bone relationship and maxillary growth in patients with growth-stage skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion.
