对正常及有不同程度输尿管梗阻的犬肾盂分别进行了恒流和恒压灌注试验,结果表明两种方法所获压力流速关系及在判断上尿路梗阻和梗阻程度方面具有良好的一致性,在判断轻度梗阻方面恒压灌注试验更为敏感,而且方法简单。认为恒压灌注试验在诊断上尿路梗阻中较恒流灌注试验优越。
Constant and constant pressure perfusion tests were performed on canine renal pelvis of normal and ureter obstruction in different degrees. The results showed that there was a good consistency between the pressure-flow rate obtained by the two methods and in judging the degree of upper urinary tract obstruction and obstruction. Constant pressure perfusion test to determine mild obstruction more sensitive, and the method is simple. That constant pressure perfusion test in the diagnosis of upper urinary tract obstruction than the constant perfusion test superiority.
