China National Coal Distribution Corporation Corp. puts forward the following requirements for implementing the opinions of the National Commission for Economic Restructuring on the need to include enterprise cadres and employee training in the director’s term responsibility system: First, all units must provide training for enterprise cadres and employees when they continue to contract. The specific indicators (including on-the-job training, continuing education, and academic education) were included in the Bureau’s term responsibility system for the manager of the mine. Second, the competent authorities at all levels are reviewing the indicators of corporate contracting, the responsibility of the chief executive of the Bureau and the bidding, acceptance and evaluation of enterprises.
