在水冷辅助工艺条件下对1.8mm厚的2524-T3铝合金板进行搅拌摩擦焊单道对接焊试验,并对焊接接头力学性能、断口形貌、显微硬度进行了分析。结果表明,在转速2400r/min、焊速150mm/min、随动冷却水压为0.4MPa时,可获得表面纹理均匀细腻、无变形无飞边、无缺陷的对接接头。接头平均抗拉强度为409MPa,达到母材的92.9%。说明该铝合金薄板采用水冷辅助工艺能获得良好效果。
Under the conditions of water-cooled auxiliary process, the friction stir welding single-pass butt welding test of 1.8mm thick 2524-T3 aluminum alloy plate was carried out, and the mechanical properties, fracture morphology and microhardness of the welded joint were analyzed. The results show that when the speed is 2400r / min, the welding speed is 150mm / min and the servo cooling water pressure is 0.4MPa, the butt joint with uniform and fine surface texture, no deformation and no flash and no defect can be obtained. The average tensile strength of the joint 409MPa, reaching 92.9% of the base metal. This shows that the aluminum alloy sheet water-assisted process can get good results.
