随着社会发展,以集成电路为核心的电子信息产业超过了以汽车、石油等为代表的传统工业,成为第一大产业。集成电路的生产过程主要包括:开发EDA工具,利用EDA工具进行集成电路设计,根据设计结果在硅片上加工芯片,加工完毕的芯片进行测试,为芯片进行封装,最后经应用开发将其装备到整机系统上与最终消费者见面。因此,熟练掌握EDA工具是电子技术类人才的必须技能。为了适应新形势下高职教育的培养目标,集成电路EDA这门课程需要在教学理念、教学内容、教学方法上进行改革。
With the social development, the electronic information industry with IC as its core surpassed the traditional industries represented by automobiles and oil and became the largest industry. The production process of integrated circuits mainly includes: EDA development tools, the use of EDA tools for integrated circuit design, according to the design results in silicon processing chip, the finished chip for testing, the chip package, and finally by the application development to equip it to The whole system to meet with the final consumer. Therefore, proficiency in EDA tools is a must for electronic technology professionals. In order to adapt to the training goal of higher vocational education under the new situation, the course of EDA in integrated circuit needs to be reformed in teaching philosophy, teaching contents and teaching methods.
