针对高强度船板钢A36热轧过程中出现的表面裂纹问题,通过宏观观察、光学显微镜检验,扫描电镜高倍检验及能谱对裂纹原因进行了分析。研究发现,高强度船板钢A36表面裂纹的原因有两种,一种在加热轧制前就已经在连铸坯上形成了,而且裂纹附近有明显的脱碳,并在裂纹源存在硅锰氧化物,在轧制过程中未被轧合,最终形成了裂纹。另一种是轧制过程中擦划形成的裂纹,在裂纹附近与心部的组织相同,无明显脱碳氧化。
In order to solve the problem of surface cracks during hot rolling of high strength shipbuilding steel A36, the causes of cracks were analyzed by macroscopic observation, light microscopy, high magnification scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum. It is found that there are two reasons for the surface cracks on the surface of A36, one of which has been formed on the slab before heating and rolling, and there is obvious decarburization near the crack and the presence of silicomanganese Oxides, not rolled during the rolling process, eventually formed a crack. The other is the scratches formed during the rolling process, similar to the structure of the heart near the crack, without obvious decarburization and oxidation.
