通过对国产引进型600MW机组切向燃烧锅炉在原设计工况下炉内和水平烟道内的冷态模化试验研究,得出残余旋转是造成其水平烟道内烟气偏差的根本原因,烟气走廊的存在更加剧了烟气偏差,并在此基础上对采用反切技术时炉内和水平烟道内流场进行了测量,得出了一些重要的结论。图6表1参5
Through the cold mode test research on the tangentially fired domestic-made 600 MW unit tangentially fired boiler in the original design condition and in the flue gas duct, the conclusion is drawn that the residual rotation is the root cause of the flue gas deviation in the horizontal flue gas duct. The flue gas deviation is more exacerbated. On the basis of this, the flow field in the furnace and the horizontal flue is measured when using the anti-cutting technology, and some important conclusions are obtained.
