进行社会主义法治理念教育是加强政法队伍思想政治建设的一项重大举措。作为从事公诉工作的检察官,笔者对社会主义法治理念以及其对公诉工作的指导意义做了粗浅的阐述,指出社会主义法治理念必然成为指导公诉工作朝着保障人权、尊重法律、公正执法的方向发展的精神支柱和导航塔,并结合实践工作,从五个方面概述了在公诉工作中如何体现社会主义法治理念的问题。
Carrying out the education of the concept of the socialist rule of law is a major measure for strengthening the ideological and political building of the ranks of political and legal personnel.
