大多数球场都紧缺球童、运作、市场与营销、草坪养护管理以及巡场人员、专业教练等人才,高职院校是高尔夫服务与管理专业人才培养的重要基地,在各个岗位人才培养方面注重性别需求和职业素养,培养学生的高尔夫运动技术和综合能力亟待解决,高尔夫专业人才培养与市场需求存在距离和偏差,应该引起相关教育主管机构与行业部门高层管理人员的高度重视。
