在对我国体育用品OEM企业战略升级风险的内涵、形成机理分析的基础上,对我国体育用品OEM企业战略升级的风险进行分析,并提出了风险规避对策。研究表明:我国体育用品OEM企业战略升级风险包括外生性和内生性两种风险,外生性风险表现为企业外部环境的复杂性与内部战略调整能力不匹配,体育用品产业全球价值链中“领导型”企业建立的行业壁垒压制,全球价值链中低端体育用品企业的过度竞争;内生性风险表现为企业固定升级成本承受能力与战略升级资金需求不平衡,人力资源升级能力与战略升级人才需求不平衡,技术创新升级能力与产品质量提升需求不平衡。体育用品OEM企业在战略升级过程中应制定风险管理战略,实行风险管理,还应以企业自身能力为基础,实施战略分层升级。
Based on the analysis of the connotation and formation mechanism of the strategic escalation risk of sporting goods OEM enterprises in our country, this paper analyzes the risk of the strategic escalation of sporting goods OEM enterprises in our country and puts forward the countermeasures of risk aversion. The research shows that the risks of strategic upgrade of China’s sporting goods OEM enterprises include exogenous and endogenous risks, the exogenous risks are the mismatch between the complexity of external environment and the ability of internal strategic adjustment, and the leadership in the global value chain of sporting goods industry Type “” enterprise barriers established by the industry to suppress, the global value chain low-end sporting goods enterprises over-competition; endogenous risk performance for the fixed cost of fixed upgrades and strategic upgrade funds demand imbalances, human resources upgrading capabilities and strategic upgrade talent Unbalanced demand, technological innovation and upgrading of product quality to enhance the demand imbalance. Sporting goods OEM enterprises in the strategic upgrade process should develop risk management strategy, the implementation of risk management, but also should be based on their own capabilities, the implementation of strategic stratification upgrade.
