长期应用醋酸甲羟孕酮(狄波-普维拉,DMFA)和骨矿物质密度(BMD)的降低有关,尤其是腰椎。但病因不明,最可能的解释是由于继发性雌激素的缺失。为此,设计雌激素替代治疗(HRT)随机双盲对照研究,观察长期使用DMPA腰椎BMD降低者口服对BMD的作用。奥克兰地区的38例年龄≤45(平均37)岁、应用DMPA(≥2年)的未绝经妇女参与这项研究,其腰椎BMD均低于青年人的平均水平(≤1.20 g/cm2)。
Long-term use of medroxyprogesterone acetate (Depot - Pu Weila, DMFA) and bone mineral density (BMD) decreased, especially in the lumbar spine. But the cause is unknown, the most likely explanation is due to the absence of secondary estrogen. To this end, the design of estrogen replacement therapy (HRT) randomized double-blind controlled study to observe the long-term use of DMPA lumbar spine BMD decreased oral administration of BMD. Thirty-eight (38%) women aged <45 years (mean age 37 years) in Oakland were enrolled in this study. Non-menopausal women with DMPA (≥2 years) had lower lumbar spine BMD than young adults (≤ 1.20 g / cm 2).
