采用体外试验、动物实验和人体试验的方法,研究了枸杞提取液的抗衰老作用。结果发现:枸杞提取液在试管内有明显抑制小鼠肝匀浆过氧化脂质(LPO)的生成作用,并呈剂量反应关系;小鼠体内试验证实可明显抑制肝LPO生成,并使血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和红细胞超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活力增高;人体试验显示可明显抑制血清LPO生成,使血中GSH-Px活力增高,但红细胞SOD活力未见升高。提示枸杞提取液具有抗衰老作用。
In vitro, animal and human trials were used to study the anti-aging effects of earthworm extract. The results showed that wolfberry extract significantly inhibited the production of lipid peroxide (LPO) in mouse liver homogenate in vitro and showed a dose-response relationship; in vivo experiments in mice confirmed that hepatic LPO production was significantly inhibited and blood in the valley was reduced. GSH-Px activity and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity increased; human tests showed that serum LPO production was significantly inhibited and GSH-Px activity was increased in blood, but red blood cell SOD activity was increased. No increase. It is suggested that the extract of wolfberry has an anti-aging effect.
