钢结构主要是指由钢板、热轧型钢、和钢管等构件组合而成的结构。这些构件在制作过程离不开焊接,焊接必然产生一定量的焊接变形,焊接变形的控制非常重要。为了解决钢结构焊接变形,本文对比较常见的几种变形加以分析,并对其成因,预防和控制加以归纳,已达到增加经济效益的目的。

These components in the production process can not be separated from the welding, welding will inevitably produce a certain amount of welding deformation, welding deformation control is very important. In order to solve the welding deformation of steel structure, several common deformations are analyzed in this paper, and their causes, prevention and control are summed up, which has achieved the goal of increasing economic benefits.
