目的观察预见性身心干预对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者疾病影响程度的干预效应。方法入选病例100例,在给予常规治疗和护理的基础上,采用疾病影响程度量表进行入组前测试。然后实施预见性心身干预,主要内容包括:无缝隙执行各项治疗方案和护理措施以控制并发症;早期介入综合锻炼方案防止疾病恶化;向患者传授疾病应对技巧;系统性沟通提高患者疾病认知水平;心理行为干预与咨询纠正不良疾病感知;完善社会支持减轻患者自我感受负担等。实施上述干预措施10个月后,用疾病影响程度量表重复测试,数据进行统计学处理。结果预见性身心干预前后,疾病影响程度中躯体功能影响、心理社会影响及其他3个维度得分比较均具有非常显著性差异(t=8.802,8.011,9.349;P<0.01)。结论预见性身心综合干预,对减轻COPD患者的疾病影响程度,提高生活质量具有良好的效果。
Objective To observe the intervention effect of predictive physical and psychological intervention on the degree of disease in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 100 cases were enrolled in the study. Based on the conventional treatment and nursing, the pre-enlistment test was conducted using the disease influence scale. And then the implementation of predictive psychosomatic intervention, the main contents include: seamless implementation of the treatment programs and nursing interventions to control complications; early interventional integrated exercise program to prevent disease deterioration; to teach patients disease response skills; systematic communication to improve patient awareness of the disease Level; Psychological and behavioral interventions and counseling to correct the perception of unhealthy diseases; improve social support to reduce the burden of self-perceived patients. After 10 months of implementation of the above interventions, the test was repeated with the disease impact scale and the data were statistically processed. Results There were significant differences in predictive physical and mental intervention before and after physical and psychological intervention between physical function influence, psychosocial influence and other three dimensions (t = 8.802,8.011,9.349; P <0.01). Conclusion Predictive physical and mental comprehensive intervention has a good effect on alleviating the impact of disease in patients with COPD and improving the quality of life.
