以“石头一号”苦瓜生长萌发的一级侧芽和二级侧芽为接穗,以幼苗顶芽嫁接和自根苗为对照,研究了不同部位侧芽嫁接对苦瓜生长、产量、品质以及抗性的影响。结果表明:较之自根苗,一级侧芽和二级侧芽嫁接与幼苗顶芽嫁接一样,不仅表现为生长势强、产量高、品质好以及抗病性强等特点;而且侧芽嫁接相对于幼苗顶芽嫁接具有生产周期短、生产成本低等优势,由于苦瓜分枝能力强,侧芽数量多,可实现规模化育苗,因此苦瓜侧芽嫁接技术在生产中具有很好的推广前景。
In order to study the growth, yield, quality and resistance of bitter melon in different parts by lateral bud grafting, the primary buds and secondary buds of ’Bitan’ influences. The results showed that compared with the grafting of primary shoots, primary buds and secondary buds, the grafted seedlings were not only characterized by strong growth potential, high yield, good quality and strong disease resistance, Bud grafting has the advantages of short production cycle and low production cost. Due to its strong branching ability and large number of lateral buds, grafting can be realized on a large scale. Therefore, the lateral grafting technology of bitter melon has a good promotion prospect in production.
