以蜂蜡为赋形剂制成的蜡丸,在人工消化液中不崩解,12h以上均保持完整的外形。实验采用X线追踪法,了解蜡丸在人体内的运行情况,并测定了从粪便中回收蜡丸的药物释放率。结果蜡丸由服入到排出体外,一直保持着完整的外形,说明在体内不崩解。但蜡丸中的药物在体内可以缓慢地释放出来,从回收矾蜡丸中白矾残留率测定结果看,白矾在体内24h释放率约为36%,低于体外溶出率。
Wax pellets made from beeswax as excipients did not disintegrate in artificial digestive juices and remained intact for more than 12 hours. The X-ray tracing method was used in the experiment to understand the operation of the wax pills in the human body and to determine the drug release rate of wax pills recovered from the feces. As a result, the wax pellets were taken from the body to the excreted body and remained in a complete shape, indicating that they did not disintegrate in the body. However, the drug in the wax pills can be slowly released in the body. From the results of the determination of the residual ratio of the white peony in the recovery wolfberry pills, the release rate of the white peony in the body for 24 hours is about 36%, which is lower than the in vitro dissolution rate.
