城镇化推动了中国现代化的进程,许多大都市区拔地而起,主导着各区域的发展,与此同时城镇化给都市带来很多弊病——城市病、超荷运行等,解决这些问题的主体是城市的公民,以都市文化感染都市人和都市环境,塑造共同价值的都市精神及建立和谐的都市秩序是重中之重,本文结合文化特别是中国的传统文化来剖析大都市区的治理,提出了一些建设性意见。
