以班杜拉的自我效能理论为理论基础,以阜阳市151名小学教师为研究对象,采用问卷调查法,调查分析了阜阳市小学教师职业自我效能感的特点。结果如下:(1)相对大学教师,阜阳市小学教师的职业自我效能整体水平较高;(2)小学教师职业自我效能感的性别差异显著,男教师的职业能力效能感及人际关系效能感高于女性,女教师的职业发展与认知效能感高于男教师;小学教师的职业自我效能感在年龄和教龄方面差异并不显著,均呈现两头低中间高的趋势;职业能力效能感、职业任务效能感及发展与认知效能感的最高值都集中在30岁到40岁之间;职业自我效能感在学校属性方面的差异较显著,公办重点小学教师的职业自我效能感最高。
Taking the self-efficacy theory of Bandura as the theoretical basis and 151 primary school teachers in Fuyang as the research object, this paper investigates and analyzes the characteristics of occupational self-efficacy of primary school teachers in Fuyang by questionnaire. The results are as follows: (1) The relative self-efficacy of primary school teachers in Fuyang City is relatively high as compared with that of teachers in primary schools; (2) Gender differences of primary self-efficacy of primary school teachers are significant; male teachers’ occupational competence and interpersonal efficacy are high Female teachers and female teachers ’career development and cognitive efficiency than male teachers; primary school teachers’ occupational self-efficacy in age and teaching age difference is not significant, showing two low middle high trend; career ability sense of efficacy, occupation The highest values of task efficacy and development and cognitive efficacy are all concentrated in the age group of 30 to 40 years old. The difference of school self-efficacy is significant in school attributes, and the professional self-efficacy of public key primary school teachers is the highest.
