近年来,我国高等职业教育蓬勃发展,为现代化建设培养了大量高素质技能型专门人才。高职教育的飞速发展,带来了各高职院校的办学规模扩张,尤其是会计等文科性质的专业,由于生源充足、办学成本较低,在校学生数量急剧增加,使得会计教师队伍的优化建设迫在眉睫。为提高教学质量,各个高职院校在不断的实践、总结的基础上提出许多教学方法,其中行动引导教学法被广泛认可引入到会计教学中来。本文以会计教学为引,就行动引导教学法下高职教师的角色进行探讨,旨在构建有效的课堂。
