随着安防行业的发展,高清成像技术在视频监控方面的应用越来越广,作为高清成像技术的核心元件——图像传感器的性能决定着高清成像技术的优劣。而图像传感器主要分为CCD(电荷耦合器件)和CMOS(互补金属氧化物半导体)两种,其发展趋势也正代表着高清成像技术的发展方向。目前在图像传感器中,CCD和CMOS都在尽力克服自身的缺点,希望成为市场上的主流技术。
With the development of security industry, the application of HD imaging technology in video surveillance is more and more widely. As the core component of HD imaging technology, the performance of image sensor determines the advantages and disadvantages of HD imaging technology. The image sensor is mainly divided into CCD (Charge Coupled Device) and CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) two kinds, the development trend also represents the development direction of high-definition imaging technology. Currently in the image sensor, CCD and CMOS are trying their best to overcome their shortcomings, hoping to become the mainstream technology on the market.
