随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的不断发展和完善,我国电力企业也开始逐步进行市场体制改革。由于电力企业原本为我国垄断性的国有企业,是关系国计民生和社会发展的基础产业,它的经济体制改革会产生重大影响。因此,研究对我国电力企业的经济体制如何进行改革,如何去创建良好的电力企业运营机制来适应我国社会主义市场经济的发展及新形势的需要,这将是一个比较重大的课题。由于我国近代基本国情的影响,我国电力企业长期处于垄断地位,毫无竞争压力影响,因此管理效率较低、员工积极性较差。电力企业的运营机制对于电力企业优化资源配置、提高运营效率具有积极的推动作用,本文就我国电力企业运营机制进行了分析并提出了创建良好运营机制的方法。
As China’s socialist market economic system continues to develop and improve, China’s power enterprises have also begun to gradually carry out the market system reform. Since the power enterprises were originally monopolistic state-owned enterprises in our country, they are the basic industries that are related to the national economy, the people’s livelihood and social development. Their economic structural reforms will have a significant impact. Therefore, it will be a major issue to study how to reform the economic system of China’s electric power enterprises and how to create a sound electric power enterprise operating mechanism to meet the needs of the development of the socialist market economy and the new situation in our country. Due to the influence of the basic national conditions of our country in modern times, the power enterprises in our country have been monopolized for a long period of time without the influence of competitive pressure. Therefore, the management efficiency is low and the enthusiasm of employees is poor. The operating mechanism of power enterprises plays an active role in promoting the allocation of resources and improving the operational efficiency of power enterprises. This paper analyzes the operating mechanism of power enterprises in our country and proposes a method to establish a sound operating mechanism.
