本文提出一种适于生产异型硬线的密集冷连轧机。用此种轧机试轧Z型硬钢线和凵型铜线,以及理论分析都证明,此种轧机具有张力或推力的自调能力。只要机架间速比选定合适和孔型设计较合理,因来料尺寸和性能波动引起压下量变化时,不需电控,仅靠张力或推力的自调作用便会稳定轧出合格产品。由于两架水平辊间设有立辊,不仅可以正确引导轧件进出水平辊和容易控制轧件宽度,而且还会使轧件侧边所受的纵向残余拉应力变为压应力。
This paper presents a suitable for the production of special-shaped hard-line dense cold tandem rolling mill. Trial rolling of Z-type hard-wire and 凵-type copper wire with such a rolling mill, as well as theoretical analysis, have proved that such a rolling mill has the self-adjusting ability of tension or thrust. As long as the appropriate ratio between the rack and the hole design is more reasonable, because the incoming material size and performance fluctuations caused by changes in the amount of pressure, the need for electric control, only the tension or thrust self-tuning will be stable rolling qualified product. Because of the vertical rollers between the two horizontal rollers, not only the rollers can be correctly guided in and out of the horizontal roller and the width of the rollers can be easily controlled, but also the longitudinal residual tensile stress on the side of the rollers becomes compressive stress.
