“南戏学会”于1986年5月5日在温州成立。来自全国各地的专家、学者和教授王季思、冯其庸、徐朔方、蒋星煜、徐扶明、刘辉、王进珊、胡忌、夏写时、金宁芬、彭非、朱建明、曾金铮、孙崇涛等40多人参加了成立大会。大会还收到因故而未能出席的专家的来函或贺信。会上,大家高兴地回顾了几年来南戏研究的状况,认为在探讨的范围和研究的深度方面均有新的拓展。同时还进行了学术交流,并着重就南戏的源流等问题展开讨论,大家各抒己 “South Opera Society” was established in Wenzhou on May 5, 1986.
